The Stoplight

There is a stoplight in our school’s cafeteria. It’s not any old stoplight, like one you see in town. This stoplight is one where if we talk too loud or we make too much noise, while we eat, then the light will go from green to orange, and then if we get even more louder, then the light will go to red. When it gets to red, it will make a loud noise. When we are eating lunch, and we get three red lights, then we can’t talk anymore during that lunch period. A lot of people I know don’t like the stoplight. If we didn’t have the light, then we would have more time to talk. We would also have more time to eat because we won’t have to worry about the stoplight going off. If a class was in gym, and they were doing something to do with balls, then we won’t have to be too careful about the ball going into Mrs. Luttrell’s office, and having the light fall. If the light falls, (which it won’t) then it might hurt someone. If someone was near the light and then it went off, it might damage the person’s ears. That is why I want the stoplight out of the cafeteria.
