Ireland: Dublin to Dingle

"The World is a book, and those
who do not travel read only a page.”
~ St. Augustine, 396-430 A.D.

Join us next April on a small group excursion to the Republic of Ireland. Our duty is to coordinate all of the travel arrangements. Your duty is to look forward to having a fabulous and stress-free time in one of the most friendly and amazing countries in the world!

The Journey

The primary destinations of our trip are County Kerry and the city of Dublin. County Kerry is arguably the most beautiful, and certainly the most visited, region in the Republic of Ireland. Highlights include jagged coastal cliffs, charming seaside villages, and emerald green mountains. Dingle, one of the towns where we will be staying, is “a cheerily painted town with a collection of pottery shops, alternative bookstores, and the country’s highest pub-per-person ratio” (Let’s Go 2007 Guidebook). And who could visit Ireland without exploring the vibrant, historical city of Dublin!

Thinking this trip out of your price range? If you set aside $6 per day starting September 1st, you will save enough money to pay for the trip, plus have $168 extra spending money! Accommodations
& Transportation

During the 7-night trip, we will be staying in bed & breakfast accommodations: five nights in County Kerry and two nights in Dublin City. Once settled into the B&Bs, you will have the freedom to go on daytrips to wherever you please. Don’t want to leave Ireland without kissing the Blarney Stone first? With advice and guidance from your travel escort, you can plan your daily ventures with ease. If you prefer to travel with the group, you can join our organized tours; which will include the Dingle Peninsula, Ring of Kerry, and Killarney National Park.

Small & Economical

The group will be small: space is limited to 14 individuals. Anticipated cost of the trip per person is $1200. Our winter course catalog will have the final itinerary and price of the trip.
